How do I sign up?

It’s easy! Go to our loyalty page and click the “JOIN NOW” button. Enter your name, email address and password to sign up. If you’ve made purchases in the previous year, be sure to create your account using the same email address you used at checkout so that you get access to those hard-earned points.

How do I earn Points?

Every dollar spent earns you one point. It’s simple:

$1 = 1 point earned.

There are also a series of actions that can be taken to earn additional points. For instance, leaving a review on a verified purchase or spending more than $200 on a purchase. These actions are outlined in the “ways to earn points” section of our loyalty page.

How can I redeem my Points?

First things first, make sure you’re logged in! Once you’ve added items to your cart, head over to the loyalty page. Scroll to the coupon you are looking to redeem and select redeem. Copy the coupon code, head to your cart and begin to checkout. Paste the coupon code in the apply discount section.

Can I combine loyalty points with other discount codes?

No, but it’s always worth asking! If you are applying points towards a purchase, other discount codes entered at checkout will not work.

Do points expire?

Yes, points expire after 12 months of inactivity.

Here’s how to stay “active” so you don’t let your hard-earned points expire:

• Making a purchase
• Earning a points reward through an action. This includes all rewards outlined in full in the “Ways to earn points” section of our loyalty page except for earning points via the birthday reward.
• Referral completion
• Referral share
• Redeeming points
• Customers who surpass 12 months without completing one of the above-mentioned actions will lose their accrued point balance
